Okay, so it's been six days, twenty hours, and something minutes since I last updated.
Nothing fun has happened.
I did go to the mall. Then I got sicker and didn't go to school Monday. Which meant four hours of make-up work in addition to the day's homework. Damn honors classes.
I should be getting ready for church. But my dad's asleep. I'm not gonna wake him up, because church is stupid and boring. I don't believe in God, but I go to church 'cause I'm nice and don't want to give my dad a heart attack.
I still haven't come 'out of the closet' to anyone else. I need to, but I'm too afraid of their reactions. And at school? No way! I mean, I've never heard so many homophobic slurs in one day at my school as I have in a week anywhere else! Jeez!
*Yawn* I'm tired. At least there's no school tommorow.
I think it's time for a new journal. This one is stoopid.
- Mood: Sick
- Music: Behind the Blue Eyes-- The Who
- Reading: Richard III-- Shakespeare
School seems okay. All week, I sat with this really cute sophmore named Dallas. He's in my German II class. We got to listen to Rammstein during German!
So I turned fourteen yesterday.
Talk about the crappiest birthday ever. I have the FLU!
But I did get some awesome presents.
I got: Nightmare Before Christmas--manga version, a cool yin-yang bookmark, an awesome black skirt, a tank-top with The Who on it, a velvety newsboy cap, a $20 gift card for Hot Topic, $100, a pyjama set, a sign (Teenager parking only: all others will be sorry), and a pair of music-themed earrings.
But you know what rocks? Yesterday, my mother was at Hy-Vee, buying some tissues (I went through two boxes in five hours), and you know what? The bagger asked her if she had a freshman daughter named Kelsey. And you know who the bagger was? Dallas!
I can't believe it! I didn't know my mother and I look so alike that someone who's never met my mother can guess that we're related!
Anyways, I'm gonna go. I'm trying to convince my mother that I feel well enough to go to the mall.
- Mood: Nervous
- Music: Best of You-- Foo Fighters
- Reading: Of Mice and Men-- John Steinback
I've decided that, to keep my thoughts from being manipulated against me, I'll delete all posts every Sunday. Ya know... Start out with a new slate every week.
Guess who I got a call from? Jenny! I miss that girl so much-- I've not talked to her since the last day of school before Christmas Break, in eighth grade. The next two weeks were so busy for me - packing, Christmas, and moving.
So... Freshman Transition Day. Not too bad, not too bad at all. But my school is huge. Five different buildings, and all of them are two stories tall! I got so lost at FTD.
In other news.. I've decided to quit both of my Xangas. I'm sick of updating them-- they get so annoying after a while.
Hm.. School tomorrow! I feel like posting what I'm wearing...-- a (genuine) Scottish kilt over a pair of jeans, a gray t-shirt with a black guitar on it, and a studded belt-- with some old sneakers.
Nothing else to say...

...I'll post tommorow evening.
